sooo yeah I came up with this character at work a few days ago and I love him ;u; at first he was a cat...then I decided to make him some sort of mountainous something or other that I might make into a species. his back feet are supposed to be caribou hooves because I LIKE THEM. His cat name was gonna be Bates, but I dunno if that fits this version - Iunno

also some of the effects might look strange because my version of SAI is suddenly in a different language and I forget where things are xD I think it's some kind of cantonese bullshit
